Available rooms:
Rent CR1 and CR2 = $1100
Rent CR4 (1-2 pax) = $1720
Rent CR5 (1-2 pax) = $1620
(All above does not incl $50 maint fee)

Other conditions remain same as CR4. Utilities all rooms together cap at $400. If utilities more than $400 the excess shall be equally borne by all occupants.

Additionally borne by the tenant as follows :

- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) one time
- Admin fee $50 one time
- Cleaning fee $30 one time
Things to take note:
- 7 days warranty period for your room

If interested to take up the room, tenant to place a non-refundable booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement tenabt will need to transfer the SD balance. Upon move in we will collect 1 month rental & maintenance fee)
